Purchased this machine a month ago. So far working well. The nasal tube supplied with the machine is inferior quality. It has terrible PVC smell . Was forced to purchase new one from out side.
Needed a 10ltr OC for my father COPD issue, RespBuy suggested list of available option with a recommendation to go for Oxymed. Happy with OC so far, looks solid, weight more than 20kg, dual flow and purity of medical grade.
Regarding RespBuy’s support, the are very supportive, comes on video call to solve problems, honestly mentions what is covered and what is not covered in the support; a great company for home medical equipments.
Good option in 10ltrs compared to other expensive brands.

Best quality, using from last 6 months without any issues. Got video assistance in setting it up which was awesome. RespBuy team is available all the time to help in answering queries. In my view, this is best option in 10ltr ocs with on-site service by oxymed.
