So we expanded our range to include products across all price points and brands, ensuring that anyone who needed help could find a solution they could afford. B2B Expansion & Pan-India Reach
By 2016 we were ready to scale. We launched our B2B vertical — partnering with hospitals, clinics, sleep labs, and healthcare distributors across India. Simultaneously, we built our pan-India delivery network, reaching patients in cities and towns far beyond Delhi-NCR. What started as a local family store was now serving the entire country.
E-Commerce Launch — Right When India Needed It
COVID-19 changed everything. With hospitals overwhelmed and patients unable to step out, we saw a critical gap — sleep apnea and respiratory care products were simply not available online at scale. We launched RespBuy.com to fill that Blank. Our e-commerce sales jumped as we became one of the few authentic online sources for genuine CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen therapy products in India. Online shopping is consumer-driven — and we were ready.

With a strong foundation in sleep therapy, we took the next step — adding a complete range of hospital-grade equipment including ECG machines, patient monitors, oxygen concentrators, foetal monitors, syringe pumps, AED defibrillators, and spirometers. RespBuy was no longer just a sleep care brand — we became a comprehensive respiratory & medical equipment partner for hospitals and clinics nationwide.
